Setting a User Name for the ACC Administrator

You can set a user name for the local ACC (Admin Control Center) administrator.

Setting a user name is optional. If you are managing client identities, it is recommended that you set a user name for better security.

NOTE   Sentinel LDK Cloud Portal does not support the use of an ACC administrator (LMS user) account for which a user name has been defined.

To set a user name for the local ACC administrator:

1.Using the Microsoft Services application, stop the Sentinel LDK License Manager service.

2.Open the hasplm.ini file in a text editor.

3.Add a user name for the ACC administrator using the following syntax:

adminusername = [userName]

where [userName] is the user name that you selected. Save the file.

4.Restart the Sentinel LDK License Manager service.

5.Restart Admin Control Center.
